Corporate Communications: If you have an associate's degree or equivalent and want to get ahead in the business environment, consider the Corporate Communications Program for your undergraduate degree. The program is very "hands-on", providing intensive experience in writing business documents, making presentations, using office software, managing projects, preparing publicity, designing publications, and practicing communication program planning. These skills lead to careers in marketing, sales, administration, human resources, advertising, and public relations in any industry.

English Major: The English Major at Mercy College offers a way to discover, enjoy, and reflect on the universal themes in great literature. In addition, it fosters the ability to write clearly and correctly, to read and think critically, and to speak effectivelyÑskills that offer a clear advantage for success in any business or professional career.

Media Studies Degree: The Media Studies degree is a comprehensive program that teaches students to interpret culture through media. Analytical, technical, and practical skills are gained through academic course work, hands-on studio application, and internships with local media outlets. The student can specialize in either Film/Culture, Journalism, or Radio and Television Production.

Spanish Degree: The Division of Literature, Language, and Communication at Mercy College offers a BA or BS Spanish Language and Literature, a Foreign Languages/Secondary Education Joint Certification Program, and courses in American Sign Language, French, Italian, and Spanish.
