Banking Degree: This unique Master of Science in Banking program is a result of a collaborative initiative between the The Global Institute of Finance and Banking (TGIF), the most experienced educator of bankers in the United States, and Mercy College, an institution of higher education with a history of developing and implementing creative and innovative academic programs designed to meet the needs of today's business professionals.

Business Administration (MBA) Degree: The Master of Business Administration MBA- Rooted in tradition with a vision degree at Mercy College is rooted in over a quarter century of tradition. It is an evolutionary program, geared to the requirements of today and the vision of tomorrow. The basic philosophy of the Master's in Business Administration program is to provide the graduate with an insight into the wide spectrum of business activity.

Direct Marketing Degree: The Master of Science in Direct Marketing degree program is designed to prepare graduates for upper management roles in the wide variety of companies that comprise the direct marketing industry, be they business-to-consumer, business-to-business or not-for-profit.

Human Resource Management Degree: The Master of Science Degree Program in Human Resource Management is designed to prepare managers to participate effectively in the management and development of human resources in business and industry. The program provides instruction to prepare students for careers as professionals in the field of human resource management; offers theoretical background, concepts and skills to those already in the field so that they may enhance their positions and facilitate their development within the profession; and presents an application-oriented, real-world focus for those wishing to build highly developed management skills.

Internet Business Systems Degree: The Master of Science program in Internet Business Systems (IBS) develops professionals who will take their places as leaders in applying sound business principles to Internet applications. Integration and application of knowledge from business, design and computer information systems will forge the strategists of this new paradigm.

Organizational Leadership Degree: The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) program, available at Mercy College campuses and in a non-resident, ONLINE format, offers an accelerated, 12-month, interdisciplinary program that provides students with the knowledge and skills they need to be effective leaders and respond to the challenges of a continually changing workplace environment. The MSOL program features a unique sequential structure, specifically designed to accommodate working professionals. Learning within a permanent supportive cohort, student leaders-in-training complete the 36-credit program within one calendar year.

Public Accounting Degree: The M.S. in Public Accounting Program is a value-added program that meets New York State's requirements for a 150-hour licensure-qualifying program in Public Accountancy upon successful completion of the prerequisite and requisite Program requirements. Completion of this Program allows you to sit for the CPA Examination in New York State and qualify for licensure with one year of appropriate professional experience.

Securities Degree: This degree helps prepare financial services professionals for the requirements of today's financial environment, particularly securities management, and for the rapidly changing environment of the future. In addition, this program can position you to continue on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focusing on additional areas of importance such as Finance, Marketing and International Business.
